- SKU Risk Analysis – our technicians foresee what challenges may appear during production
- Raw-Material Inspection – All the inward raw material is inspected thoroughly by designated tech team
- Cutting-Die Trial – it’s a pilot production of a size set to teach factory know-how
- Pre-Production Trial-pre-production trial is done to so that further process and operations are set before bulk production takes place
- Extreme Fit after pilot pairs are made a fit trial is conducted to ensure no fit issue in bulk production
- Line Set Up-line set up is done and responsibilities are divided to ensure smooth bulk production
- Pre-Production & Key Artisans Meeting, this meeting is done before commencing bulk production to teach key artisans buyers instruction as well as QA-QC team observations
- In-Line QA, inline QA is done at initial stages of cutting and closing lasting
- Pre-Shipment QC, final QC inspection is done by designated senior QArandomly or thoroughly as per buyers requirement
- Order Monitoring- order monitoring is done by our office and top management directly and same is updated to buyer on regular basis so that buyer is updated with their order progress and shipment planning can be done accordingly.
